Ray-Ban 4165: Is this the new Wayfarer?

Ray-Ban 4165 sunglasses are in our opinion even better than the original Wayfarer. It's also available in just one size, unlike its predecessor, which makes it much easier to select the right size when making your 4165 RayBans purchase!

The Wayfarer was the very first plastic frame ever produced, with sunglasses prior to that being made from metal. This was back in the fifties, so it's fair to say that, over 50 years later, this particular sunglass style has proved to be rather popular, and this timeless design has in our opinion been improved on with the launch of the Ray-Ban 4165.

The standard Wayfarer has a frame made from acetate, whereas the Ray-Ban 4165 has a frame made from a combination of plastics and rubber, for a really unique feel to it. It also grips better and so, in our opinion, the 4165 is also a more comfortable fit that its predecessor.
